Information
It is mainly used for the orifice core of the oil seal and the bearing, mainly for the gear box and other parts, as a substitute for the end flange or end cover, the rubber layer at the outer diameter ensures that the oil seal seat is not easy to leak oil .
There are many kinds of materials for EC oil seals:
Nitrile rubber (NBR): It has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and bonding performance, and can resist the erosion of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other media to a certain extent, and it is suitable for the working temperature range of - 40℃-120℃, and the cost is relatively low, so it is one of the commonly used materials for EC oil seals.
Fluorine rubber (FKM): It has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, high temperature, chemical corrosion and atmospheric aging, and can withstand a temperature range of - 26℃-250℃, and can be used in some high temperatures, strong chemical corrosion and other harsh environments, but the price is relatively high, and the cold resistance and abrasion resistance are relatively weak.
Usage
EC type oil seal: mostly used in bearings, orifices, core ports and other parts of gearboxes and reducer housings, which are more common in hydraulic equipments such as engineering machinery, injection molding machinery, industrial industrial machinery and so on.
